Public transit / train services in my district right now are adequate.
During tough budget times, riders should expect cuts in service / an increase in fares.
The managers (boards, service directors) of public transit are doing a good job.
No parts of Chicago or the metropolitan area should be isolated from public transit.
The city, state, and federal government subsidies for transit should be increased.
Twenty-four (24) hour transit service should be available to all communities.
Transit fares should be reduced or eliminated in order to increase ridership.
Transit schedules are suitable for riders to get to/from work, late at night and on weekends.
The current formula/method for funding public transit should be revised.
Sale of the infrastructure and forming public-private partnerships is a good idea.
Free or reduced public transit should be available for senior citizens / low income riders.
