for transit dependent riders
A recent study has found that the demand, demographically, for housing near transit is increasing, and will be double the number of people that presently live in these neighborhoods today.  Efforts should be undertaken to make all communities ecologically sustainable by providing good public transit.

We are sending this questionnaire to candidates for Alderman, and passengers on public transit, in order foster thinking about the importance of public transit to every neighborhood in the city.  A higher total score indicates how your ward ranks as a “transit zone.”

Ranking among wards will obviously be a determining factor in determining real estate values, and where people will want to live.
